I’m stressed.

These days for me are the most stressful, because, I have a lot of homework, beside, in this week I have three presentations in class.
The teachers do a lot of pressure in the projects and sometimes I have a headache, I feel desperate, worried and nervous.
I have a lot of copies to read, for example: a teacher assigned us two books; one for this Friday and another for the four of December. ¿What can I do?

  1. You ought to take a break even if you have too much homework, because this will help you relax, you can watch a little TV, sleep 15 minutes. When I feel really stressed I do this, although i finish my homework late!!!

  2. I am in the same situation that you jeje. I think we should try to be calm because if we are stressed we can´t do things well. We should remember that God always is with us. tania ramirez garcia

  3. You should make a schedule and do some work everyday, first the most important. Try to be calm and take a break too. You will see that the things will be well, you can do it.

  4. Here is what you must do...
    First leave everything you are doing, then go out for a walk... and when you reach a clear spot where no one can see you, without hesitate yell as hard as you can...
    You will feel very relaxed after that, believe me ^^
